Are you a fan of the CW Network? They have just released a free app on
the Google Play Store which every broadcast and cable network should
emulate. Full episodes of every one of the network's prime time shows
can be viewed on specific Android models (see below). Additionally, you
can connect directly to the shows and stars of the shows via Facebook
and Twitter. If you don't want to watch a full episode, you can view
clips or just look at photos. Also, a schedule is available to let you
know what is playing on the network at any given time.
Some of the full episodes that you can view on your Android handset include The Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl, Hart of Dixie, 90210, America’s Next Top Model, Supernatural, One Tree Hill, The Secret Circle and Ringer. The Android models that will support the app include the HTC EVO 4G, HTC EVO Shift 4G, HTC Inspire 4G, Google Nexus One, Motorola DROID, Motorola DROID 2, Motorola DROID Pro, Motorola DROID X, Motorola ATRIX 4G, Motorola PHOTON 4G, Google Nexus S, Samsung Epic 4G, Samsung Epic 4G Touch, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Motorola DROID RAZR and the HTC Sensation 4G. Obviously, this is not an inclusive list. Since the app works on the Epic 4G Touch, it should work on the Samsung Galaxy S II. If the app works with the relatively low spec'd Motorola DROID and the Motorola DROID 2, it should work on the Motorola DROID 3.
