Bump is an app for the iOS and Android that allows you to share contact info or in-app info simply by bumping your phones. Well Globe thought it was a cute way to transact so they created Toinks using the same technology.
With Toinks (don’t mind the crude probably MS Paint-made UI), you can share your Globe load from your Android phone to another Globe Android phone by performing the bump. No need to type their number or send a message to Globe. Just bump your phone, enter the amount and that’s that. Toinks is compatible with all Android 1.5 or higher devices.
Other than having to be physically close together, the two phones should be connected to the internet to perform the bump. I guess I’ll just stick to sending an SMS to Globe thank you. But if you want to impress your friends, see how it works here.
