As Google was busy announcing its intent to acquire Motorola yesterday, the handset company also announced its latest Android smartphone — the Motorola Defy+.
Just like the first handset, the Motorola Defy+ is also water resistant, scratch resistant with dust-proof design.
In fact, this handset is more like a refresh with some improvements in the processor and the OS.

Motorola is expected to release the Defy+ some time in October but did not indicate any suggested retail price. We saw the first Motorola Defy last week selling for only Php16,900 and it was already running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread so basically the only difference the Defy+ has is the +200MHz processor speed .
