When the NBA All-star went to play here last weekend, Smart Bro wasted no time in tapping 2-time NBA scoring champion Kevin Durant as their brand endorser. Way to go Smart. Durant’s as good as Derick Rose if you want a very good image to be associated to your brand. He’s shown leadership, maturity, focus, poise and determination for his Oklahoma Thunders squad.
This coincides with Smart’s announcement that they are working on expanding their HSPA+ sites for better and faster mobile broadband experience. Currently, there are 154 base stations in key areas nationwide capable of providing you HSPA+ speed and they are aggressively rolling out more.
Smart is also introducing their Smart Bro Rocket to take advantage of their HSPA+ sites. This dongle allows you to get up to 12Mbps speeds whenever you’re within range of a Smart HSPA+ station. Now the big question is where in Metro Manila can we find these HSPA+ sites?
