
The Nokia 801  could have been called the Nokia N8-01 in Nokia’s previous naming  routine, making it the successor to the company’s current flagship, the  Nokia N8. And it’s got the stylish looks to prove it with a different  form factor focused around an edge-to-edge qHD screen. The Nokia 801  seems to be running the latest version of Symbian^3, Symbian Belle, if  we are to judge by the redesigned clock in the home screen. It also  looks NFC-enabled, just like the overwhelming majority of recent Nokia  handsets, but little is known except for that. 
How  did we find out about it? The Nokia 801 video teaser was in the list of  promo videos on a Nokia 700 device left over at a booth at IFA.
