We were waiting for an announcement from Sony today,
and here it is, straight from a side event the company is holding at
CommunicAsia 2012 - the expo where it usually unveils new stuff.
It's
just that this year there is nothing new, since the company announced a
barrage of new handsets already in the last month or so, and has
gathered all six of them for the world to see for the first time.
These include the global edition of Sony Xperia ion, the rugged Xperia go, the Xperia acro S, the recently announced Xperia miro and tipo, and the Xperia neo L. They will be soon on sale (Sony promises Q3), but what we are really waiting for is the global version of the Xperia GX, or that elusive Mint I handset to break the news.
