Toshiba Canvio Slim USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive
Toshiba releases in the US the Canvio Slim
portable external hard drive. The compact drive not just slim but also
lightweight, which is ideal for taking your storage on the go. With
sleek brushed aluminum finish, the drive is a perfect companion for
Ultrabook. It uses USB 3.0 for fast data transfer rate, and is backwards
compatible with USB 2.0.
The Canvio Slim comes in 500GB capacity and operates at 5400RPM. It
has 8MB cache buffer. The slim portable hard drive comes pre-loaded with
NTI Backup Now EZ software for simple data backup, NTFS drive for Mac
for storing and accessing files from the PC and Mac without
reformatting, and HDD Password Tool to protect your data.
