Here comes HP’s new Compaq L2206tm touchscreen display designed for customer-facing, public environments and businesses that wants a Windows 7-compliant multitouch monitor. Based on optical multitouch technology and equipped with 3-touch sensor, the display offers more accurate and precise touch recognition.
The 21.5-inch monitor features 1920×1080 Full HD resolution, 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 220cd/2 brightness, 5ms response time and 170/160-degree viewing angles. The L2206tm comes with built-in passive stylus for enhanced precision with drawing and handwriting applications. It provides VGA, DVI and DisplayPort inputs, and two USB ports. There is also integrated 1-watt speaker.
The Compaq L2206tm is adjustable for comfort and flexibility with 35 degrees of tilt, 90 degrees of pivot and a height lift up to 4.2-inch. It will be released soon.
