MSI announced its new Wind Top AE2281 and AE2281G all-in-one desktop PCs. The 21.5-inch PCs are powered by Intel’s Ivy Bridge 3rd gen Core i5-3450S processor and 4GB of RAM (max 8GB). The AE2281 uses the integrated Intel HD2500 graphics, while the AE2281G comes equipped with NVIDIA GeForce GT630M graphics card with up to 2GB of video memory. The new Wind Top’s 21.5-inch screen has Full HD 1920×1080 resolution and power-saving LED-backlight.
The AE2281 and AE2281G come with 500GB 7200RPM hard drive and a DVD SuperMulti burner, as well as a 6-in-1 card reader. It has a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and 3Wx2 5.1-channel speakers with THX TRUSTUDIO PRO sound enhancement. There are two USB 3.0 ports with one of them supports Super Charger for charging USB-powered devices without turning on the PC, and one HDMI out, one HDMI input jacks. Both WiFi 802.11b/g/n and Ethernet LAN are available. You can also add TV tuner using the PCIe interface.
With Smart Media Link, AE2281 and AE2281G can share media content with their tablet, laptop, TV or other mobile devices via DLNA. The Smart Sync, on the other hand, syncs Outlook contacts, calendars, as well as photos, music, documents, bookmarks and other data on your computers to the cloud.
