So here you go — starting yesterday, Viber for BlackBerry is now available in the App World. It took them some time but it’s finally here for BB users.
The version for the BB app still has limited features though:
Viber lets you send text and photo messages, anywhere in the world (Free calls coming soon as well). All you need is a 3G or WiFi connection, and friends who get Viber too.
I started using Viber on the iPhone and my Android phones
last March when I was on a month-long trip to Europe. Been using it
ever since especially when I am out of the country and lookign for
alternatives to SMS and voice roaming.
